If you do wish to return or exchange your item, you can do within 20 days from the date of dispatch. The item will need to be returned in its original (unworn/unused) condition with tags attached.
Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns, so you will need to send the package back at your own cost. If you have been sent an incorrect or faulty item, then this cost will be refunded back to you – please contact us before you post your item to arrange this. The maximum refund shipping that can be refunded for International order is £18 the equivalent of Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed and £4.50 for UK Orders the equivilant of Royal Mail First Class Recorded. Any packages sent using a non-tracked service are sent at your own risk. So please use recorded delivery.
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR RETURNS FROM OUTSIDE THE UK: A Customs Form will be required by your country’s postal service for international shipping. When you fill in this form, PLEASE make sure that you tick ‘RETURNED GOODS’ (NOT ‘Commercial Goods’) otherwise we will be charged import tax on your return and will need to deduct this from your refund! If this option is not listed on the form, please tick ‘Other’ and write ‘Returned Goods – exempt from import tax’. THANK YOU! Please allow extra time for the processing of your return if you are returning items from outside of the UK.
