Returns Policy
Isolated Heroes want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase! We go to great effort to describe and size all items correctly on our website to make sure the item is perfect for you. All Items are checked over by our design team before being sent however if you find a manufacturing fault please contact us on [email protected] as soon as you receive the item. Please note that an item will only be considered as faulty if it presents a manufacturing defect. We will send you a replacement order or issue you with a full refund within 20 days of receiving the order back to the Studio.
If you would simply like to exchange your order for an alternative size please contact us via email at [email protected] within 5 days of receiving your order and we will arrange for a new item to be sent to you. If there are any queries over sizing when ordering an item and you are unsure which size to pick we will be happy to answer any questions that are emailed to us so please email [email protected]
Returns must be sent back to the studio within 7 days of receiving your item unless the item has became faulty which allows 20 days from receiving your item. All returns must be acknowledged by our customer care team and an email must be sent to the address provided before you send the item back to us. All items must be sent back recorded delivery, Please be advised that if we do not receive the package a refund cannot be issued. All items must be sent back to us in the same condition as they were sent out with original Isolated Heroes swing tag and in the original packaging. Items that are damaged, soiled or show signs of being worn will not be eligible for a refund. Isolated Heroes reserve the right to refuse a refund on items which have not met the conditions stated above.
Items will be refunded for the full amount of the item purchased. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Please be aware that when purchasing “custom items” which we have altered for you in anyway or made to specific measurements or requested sizes will not be eligible for a full refund. Custom items may be exchanged for store credit.
