We ship Daily however all items purchased at Isolated Heroes are hand made in house by our design team at our studio in Scotland and production takes time. We aim to have all items dispatched within 5 days of purchasing. If an order is a Luxury item and involves hand embroidery or hand sewn sequins please allow a little longer for production.

There can be mitigating circumstances which can add to delivery time such as extremely busy periods of the year however We will keep you informed of any delays. We offer an express delivery option for items needed within a particularly fast time frame (3 days UK) which will prioritize your order.

 

UK DELIVERY

All UK orders will be shipped within 5 days of receiving the order (items that are made and in stock will be shipped same day) we aim to dispatch as soon as possible. Orders will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery, which means you will be required to sign for your delivery. You can expect to receive your item within 3 working days of dispatch You will receive the tracking number for your package in your “Item Completed and Shipped“ Email. You can use this to track your package to ensure that you are home to accept delivery.

Please be aware that Isolated Heroes can not be held responsible for any delays incurred by Royal Mail.We also offer an Express Delivery option for orders needed within a specifically fast time frame. All Express Delivery options will be shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery which will arrive the next working day from when the item is shipped.

All orders purchased using Express delivery will become priority orders and we will aim to ship these within 3 working days from receiving your order. If there will be any delays or this service is not available for your chosen item an email will be sent and you will be notified. Special Delivery is also a signed for service therefore someone will need to be at the delivery address to sign for your order.
